setting up windows end tivo serial connection

HELP: Setting Up Windows End Of Tivo Serial Connection

I was able to setup my Tivo to use a serial connection on Windows XP, by using this guide http://www.b-lan.com/otto/tivo3xp/index.html, I am sure it will work on Vista too, but I have a slight problem. I can't figure out how to do the part of the setup where you create the incoming connection, I created the modem part, just can't do the create the incoming connection part. If anyone could tell me how to get this done in Vista it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Take care, Casey
